Kyle XY é uma série dramática norte-americana que conta a história de Kyle, um garoto que subitamente acorda na floresta nos arredores de Seattle, Washington sem lembranças de sua vida até aquele ponto. A série acompanha a vida de Kyle enquanto ele tenta decifrar os mistérios que o rodeiam, como por exemplo o fato de que ele não tem umbigo, nem lembranças de sua infância.

O programa estreou em 26 de Junho de 2006 no canal norte-americano ABC Family, mas seus episódios são também transmitidos pelo canal ABC e estão disponíveis na loja iTunes

Após uma temporada de estréia de 10 episódios na ABC Family durante o verão de 2006, um total de 23 episódios foram encomendados para a 2ª temporada, que começou em 11 de Junho de 2007.
